I find journal entries most interesting and valuable to read on this website when these two conditions are applied: 1. The artwork from the artist is good, or maybe just interesting 2. The subject of the journal entry is deviantART itself

there's some pretty sick rhythmic shit going on here. those echoing tones at the beginning which turn out to be perfect triplets over the second beat feel like quarter notes setting up some beat in three but they don't seem to have any metric relation to the first tempo. just sounds like art blakey landing a spaceship. sweet.
